Thanks for looking further into our business! Let me introduce myself, I am Steve Hazel, owner/operator of The Panacea Automotive Repair.
Here is short list of why I feel qualified and excited to work on your car:
- ASE certified Master Automotive Technician-Level 1 Drivability Specialist
- Active member of Washington ASA and Whatcom Co Unit
- Opened the Panacea in 1999 after 15 years in Bellingham automotive industry helping build the reputations of 2 other solid independent shops for a total 26 years of content customers.
- Graduate of Bellingham Technical College Automotive Repair Courses and have aggressively attended many hours of training in American and import car classes to stay on the cutting edge of this ever changing field.
- I have fathered 5 wonderful children and been with the same woman, my wife Judy, since I was a mere lad of 18!
- Fixing mechanical things was an early love and owning my own business was one of the most important dreams of my life.
- My desire has been to build my business slowly and concentrate on a relationship of trust and clear communication.
